• Project Data: includes any inputs, prompts, files, documents, and chat histories you submit to our AI agents for the purpose of generating business outputs.
• AI Training & Knowledge Data: includes documents uploaded for AI analysis, knowledge base entries, and proprietary business context provided for agent configuration.
• Communication Data: includes WhatsApp contacts, message logs, and conversation history processed through our platform.
• Integration Credentials: includes WhatsApp Business API configuration details, and authentication tokens/settings for third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
• Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
• Where we need to comply with a legal obligation.

• Provide and manage AI agent services and integrations (WhatsApp, Social Media).
• Train and configure your specific AI agents using provided knowledge base data.

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services (e.g., passing data to LLM providers or integration partners like WhatsApp/Meta), to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We may share your data with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, and customer service.
• AI/LLM Providers: Your inputs and Project Data may be transmitted to large language model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) solely for the purpose of generating the AI outputs you request.
• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

5. AI Data Usage and Training

Your trust is our top priority when dealing with sensitive business ideas.

Model Training: We DO NOT use your Project Data (including chat prompts, uploaded documents, or generated architectures) to train our foundational language models. Your proprietary business information remains strictly confidential and is only processed transiently to generate the specific outputs you request.

Analytics: We may aggregate and anonymize usage metadata (e.g., which AI agent is most popular, average time spent on tasks) to improve our service offerings, but this data will never contain identifiable project specifics.

6. Data Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
