How to Request Deletion
To ensure the security of your account and verify your identity, we process account deletion requests manually via email.
Email Instructions
1. Open your email client.
2. Send an email to: it@askaiagent.io
3. Use the Subject Line:
Account Deletion Request - [Your Email Address]
4. In the body, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A statement confirming you want to delete your account
What Happens Next?
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
- You may receive a confirmation email to verify your identity.
- Once verified, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon successful verification and processing of your deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account credentials and profile information
- All projects, chat histories, and AI-generated outputs
- Uploaded documents and knowledge base data
- Integration credentials and connection settings
- Billing history and transaction records (subject to legal retention requirements)
Please note that certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law, for tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes. Any retained data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
